Need your package by a specific date? The holiday guideline above shows shipping deadlines for in-stock items shipped to physical addresses within the United States.

• Please try to order 2 extra working days before the deadline to avoid unforeseeable delays
• Standard delivery via US Postal and UPS on in-stock items take 5-10 business days.
• The Cut Off Time is 3:00PM EST / 12:00 Noon PST.
  • In-Stock items will usually ship the same day if your order is placed before the cut-off time.
  • If we experience a high volume of orders, Next Day Air, and 2nd Day Air packages become priority and Standard Ground packages may be delayed.
  • If you ordered past our cut off time and/or want to guarantee same day shipment, please consider our Express Shipping Option.
• We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by UPS, USPS, weather, incorrectly inputted addresses or insufficient credit card billing information.
• In some cases, we cannot send to a separate billing and shipping address. Please call to confirm.
