Ace Karaoke Shipping Guide

• Standard delivery via US Postal and UPS on in stock items takes 5-7 business days.
• Cut Off Time is 3:00PM EST or 12:00 Noon PST.
  • Please order before the cut-off time to ensure your order is shipped the same day for in-stock items.
  • If we experience a high volume of orders, Next Day Air, and 2nd Day Air packages become a priority. Standard Ground packages may be delayed.
  • If you ordered past our cut off time and/or want to guarantee same day shipment, please consider our Express Shipping Option
• We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by UPS and USPS, weather, or incorrect address or insufficient credit card billing information.
• In some cases, we cannot send to a separate billing and shipping address.  Please call to confirm.
• Checks and money orders will require a 7 business day processing time.
• Tracking information generally will be emailed within 24 – 48 hours after your order is shipped.
