Send in your player first before purchasing the Acesonic BDK-2000 Blu-Ray Player

1. Pack up your old player to send back to us:
   • Use a proper shipping box and shipping supplies.
   • Write "Trade-In Program" big on the outside of the box.
   • Include accessories, cables, remote, etc...
   • Include a note mentioning the Trade-In Program and include your contact information:
     • Name
     • Address
     • Phone Number
     • E-Mail Address
   • Using an insured shipping method with a tracking number, send to:

2. We'll inspect your machine and e-mail a gift certificate to be used towards the Acesonic BDK-2000 Blu-ray Player.

Send in your player after purchasing the Acesonic BDK-2000 Blu-Ray Player

1. You can buy the BDK-2000 on our website and in the drop down options, select "Yes" under "Trade-In". Note the order number for this purchase.
2. We must receive your old karaoke player within 14 days from the purchase date of the Acesonic BDK-2000

• Use a proper shipping box and shipping supplies.
• Write "Trade-In Program" and your "order number" referenced from "Step 1" big on the outside of the box.
• Include accessories, cables, remote, etc...
• Using an insured shipping method with a tracking number, send to:

3. We'll inspect the machine you sent us and e-mail you a gift certificate for future purchases only.
   This gift certificate can be used for any item on our website and cannot be applied to previous orders including the past order in which you purchased the BDK-2000 player.

• Receive up to $50 if returning an Acesonic karaoke player
• Receive up to $30 if returning a karaoke player from any other manufacturer.
• Product condition, missing remote, and accessories will affect trade-in value.
• A gift certificate will be e-mailed to you within 7 days after we received your karaoke machine so you can place your order online.
