Entertaining and great support

The system is way more responsive than the one I had previously. When I run into a problem of starting it on the second day, I call support, and one very nice guy talk me through it. Although I end up helping myself, the experience has left me confident that I am dealing with a professional company.
Turn it on and it works. Easy to setup, and good quality - so far, I have not found any songs that are not from the original singer. It froze after a few songs the first time I play it, but it seems to be ok once restarted. The iPad and Android app are easy to use. However, it still need the touchscreen console in order to store personal song list. I hope that the app will be improved to the point where we do not need it anymore.
