full-featured DVD and CD+G player that also plays MP3s and Kodak Picture CDs.
Use the multiplex feature to turn vocals, on and off. Movies come alive on the big built-in 10.2" widescreen LCD. If you want
the bigger picture, there are composite, S-video and component outputs
that allow you to connect this player to your main TV. The component
output enables progressive scan for a true cinematic experience. For
sound as big as the picture, there is a coaxial digital audio output
that gives you 5.1-channel Dolby Digital surround sound through your
home theater receiver. If you would rather keep your sound to yourself,
there are 2 headphone jacks - one for you, and one to share. Finding your way around discs is easy with Digest Play, which shows
you thumbnails of each title or chapter on the disc. The direct access
remote control lets you enter chapter and track numbers without having
to scan for them. Variable speeds allow you to
watch DVDs at speeds from 1/16 to 32x normal speed. You can also zoom in
for a closer look at interesting scenes. The parental control keeps your
kids from watching DVDs they should not be watching. All this
versatility is wrapped up in a stylish, thin silver case that some
people will not be able to keep from looking at.
