Shure GLXD14/WL185 Lavalier Wireless System

The GLXD14/WL185 Lavalier Wireless System is part of the Lavalier wireless systems family.

Revolutionary Shure GLX-DŽ Digital Wireless Systems combine leading-edge LINKFREQ Automatic Frequency Management technology with best-in-class intelligent lithium-ion battery rechargeability to define the new standard for seamless operation and digital audio clarity.

Includes WL185 lavalier microphone, GLXD1 bodypack transmitter, GLXD4 receiver, rechargeable battery, power supply, USB cable, carrying case, and user guide.

WL185 Lavalier

WL185 (Cardioid): Recommended for general purpose sound reinforcement applications requiring good rejection of ambient noise. Use of windscreen highly recommended. Pickup angle: 130 degrees.

Models WL183, WL184 and WL185 are lavalier electret condenser mics designed for use with a wireless body-pack transmitter. Each mic has a 1.2 meter (4 ft.) cable terminated with a miniature 4-pin mini connector. Included tie clip can be rotated in 90 degree intervals for placement flexibility.

All models feature CommShieldŽ Technology, which guards against interference from cellular RF devices and digital bodypack transmitters.

GLXD4 Wireless Receiver

The GLXD4 single-channel wireless receiver features revolutionary LINKFREQ Automatic Frequency Management (2.4 GHz frequency band) and battery rechargeability. An integrated battery charge port can charge a spare Shure lithium-ion battery while the system is in use.  

Allows operation of up to 4 compatible systems in a typical setting, and up to 8 maximum under ideal conditions. For use with GLX-DŽ Digital Wireless Systems.

GLXD1 features an ergonomic design and reversible belt clip to fit comfortably and snugly in various positions. For use with GLX-DŽ Digital Wireless Systems, GLXD1 offers up to 16 hours of continuous use with Shure lithium-ion rechargeable batteries.
