Same Day Shipping Policy
If you place your order before 3:00PM EST or 12:00PM PST Monday thru Friday, we guarantee to ship all UPS Next Day, 2 Day Air and 3 Day Select packages on the same business day! We ship over 99% of orders directly from our warehouse in California. If your order is placed after cut off time for the day, we will do our very best to rush out the order before it gets shipped but there is no guarantee. Please call our customer service for availability on urgent orders!

Most packages will go out on the same day, however, on busy days and holidays, we will give shipping priority to time sensitive packages. Depending on your distance from our warehouse in California, it will take from 1 to 10 business days for your package to arrive.

Domestic Shipping
We use UPS or USPS for all standard shipping. USPS delivers six days a week and does not count holidays. UPS does not count weekends and holidays as shipping days. UPS provides Saturday deliveries for Next Day Air packages for additional $10 fee. Please let us know if you have urgent orders so we can make sure you get the package on time. We buy insurance on all packages shipping UPS only, to protect from damages and packages getting lost in transition. Please visit UPS.com for shipping cost calculation.

Cancellation
Please contact us at (888) 893-7464 immediately during our regular business hours to speak with our sales representative for order cancellation. AceKaraoke.com is not responsible for charges relating to unconfirmed cancellation through email or voice messages. We will try our best to cancel your order prior to shipping. Once the package is shipped, no cancellation can be made.

Before you return any product, you must obtain an RMA# from us or your package will not be processed.

Phone Order No Surcharge
Unlike other online retailers, we do not charge any additional fees for placing your order through the phone. Ace Karaoke is already one of the most informative online store. However, if customers require additional information, our dedicated staff is also available over the phone 7 days a week to answer any questions. We want our customers to buy with confidence and to know that there are always people available to help. If you find any lower advertised price on-line, do not hesitate to call us.
