| Online Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Request
Please follow the instructions and submit the RMA (Return Merchandise
Authorization) form and we will respond to you within 1 business day. We will not accept
any return package without a RMA number.
All RMA returns for credit must be requested within 14 calendar days. A minimum
15% restocking fee plus any shipping and handling fees (i.e. free shipping
offer) associated with your order will be subtracted from your credit.
There is absolutely no refunds on shipping. All claims for shipping damage must
be presented to the shipping carrier immediately.
We encourage you to contact the manufacturer for tech support or to resolve any
issues you may have with your product before requesting a return for defective
products.
