About Us Ace Karaoke Corporation is a
karaoke retailer, importer, manufacturer and the largest karaoke distributors in
the world. We offer one stop shopping for all of your karaoke needs.

Our huge disc selection includes over 20,000 karaoke titles in 17 languages: English,

We have the largest inventory in stock. 98% of our items are available and can be shipped out
on the same business day. However, at certain times we do experience back orders, which

Business Hours

find out the status of your order. Our new extended business hours are as follows:
Monday-Friday: 6AM to 8PM Pacific
Time (9AM to 11PM ET)
Saturday 9AM to 6PM Pacific Time (12PM to 9PM ET)
Same Day Shipping Policy
If you place your order before 3:00PM EST or 12:00PM PST Monday thru Friday, we
guarantee to ship all UPS Next Day, 2 Day Air and 3 Day Select packages on the
same business day! We ship over 98% of orders directly from our warehouse in
California. If your order is placed after the cut off time for the day, we will do
our very best to rush out the order before it gets shipped but there is no
guarantee. Please call our customer service for availability on urgent orders!
Most packages will go out on
the same day, however, on busy days and holidays, we will give shipping
priority to time sensitive packages. Depending on your distance from our
warehouse in California, it will take from 1 to 10 business days for your package to
arrive.
Domestic Shipping
We use UPS or USPS for all standard shipping. USPS delivers six days a week and
does not count holidays. UPS does not count weekends and holidays as
shipping days. UPS provides Saturday deliveries for Next Day Air packages for
an additional $10 fee. Please let us know if you have urgent orders so we can
make sure you get your package on time. We buy insurance on all packages,
shipping UPS only, to protect from damages and packages getting lost in
transition. Please add items to the shopping cart and use our shipping
calculator to calculate shipping costs.
Cancellation Please contact us at
(888) 893-7464 immediately during
our regular business hours to speak with a sales representative if you want to
cancel your order. AceKaraoke.com is not responsible for charges relating to unconfirmed
cancellation through email or voice messages. We will try our best to cancel your
order prior to shipping. Once the package is shipped, no cancellation can
be made.
Damaged Package - If you feel your UPS package was
damaged through shipping, please contact us immediately and retain all the
original packaging materials. UPS will investigate and pick up the package
for insurance claims.
Lost/Delayed Package - If you are
unable to track your UPS package through UPS.com, please contact us
immediately. We will initiate a claim with UPS. If you paid for expedited
shipping methods through UPS such as 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and
Next Day Air and the package did not arrive on the scheduled date, please
contact us. We will file a claim with UPS on your behalf.
KJ Special/ Auto Release Program
We offer special prices to KJs and frequent buyers. We have an auto
release program for those who are interested in receiving the latest hits
from us as soon as the manufacturer releases them. Currently, we provide auto
releases for Top Hits Monthly, Pop Hits Monthly and Chartbusters. If
you would like to sign up for our auto release program, please give us a
call or e-mail
us. If you subscribe to 4 or more discs, we will provide free 1st class mail
shipping, and 10% off listed prices. A minimum of a 1 year commitment is
required. The entire amount must be prepaid when signing up.

We now carry a full line of computerized song ordering systems and full ranges of
audio equipment designed for karaoke boxes, clubs and restaurants.
Karaoke boxes are very popular in Asia where groups of people gather in
private rooms to have karaoke parties. The computerized systems enable customers
to order any song from a huge song library on-demand. The karaoke box concept is
a big profit maker and it is spreading fast in the U.S. We at Ace Karaoke have
one of the most sophisticated computerized systems to serve your business from 1
to 100 rooms as well as one of the most extensive song libraries to fit any
multi-cultural environment. Our professional technicians will travel anywhere in
the U.S. to help you set up your system if necessary.
Technical, Support, Return and Exchange Department
Our team of dedicated support technicians and returns department are available from
Monday to Friday from 8:00AM until 5:00PM (PST) to answer all of your needs.

return any product, you must obtain an RMA# from us or your package will
not be processed. You may submit an RMA Request through our website, or by
phone.

Unlike other online retailers, we do not charge any additional fees for placing
your order through the phone. Ace Karaoke is already one of the most informative online store.
However, if customers require additional information, our dedicated staff is
also available over the phone 7 days a week to answer any questions. We want our customers to buy with confidence and to know that there are

lower advertised price online, do not hesitate to call us. We will beat any
