Inbound Customer Service

• Minimum of 1 year experience in telephone customer service
• STRONG oral and writing skills
• bilingual candidates are strongly considered
• STRONG knowledge of audio, video, and karaoke products
• Proficient with Windows and the internet
• Ability to build relationships and expand markets
• Flexible Work Hours
• Part Time And Full Time positions are available

Retail Store Sales Associate / Management Trainee

To be considered as a qualified candidate we prefer:

• day-to-day functions of a retail store focused on achieving sales excellence
• familiar with store operations including inventory, cash handling, merchandising, and store readiness
• Quality of the customer service experience within the store
• Proven experience with cash control, staffing, scheduling, and inventory management
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding team environment
• Excellent computer skills
• Effective communication skills, both written and oral
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
• Positive attitude with a skill for finding solutions to everyday issues and the ability to handle conflicts
• Outgoing, professional and friendly personality
• Ability to lift over 10 lbs and be on your feet for the majority of the day
• Flexibility to work various retail hours, including weekends, evenings and holidays

Technical Support / RMA Department

• Effective communication skills, both written and oral
• Strong Technical background in audio, video, and karaoke products
• Proficient with Windows and the internet
• Ability to inspect and process return merchandise
• Ability to communicate shipping status with customers
