Ace Karaoke Holiday Extended Return and Exchange Policy Through January 8, 2010
We want you and your gift recipients to be 100%
satisfied with our products. We understand some will not open their present
until the Holiday. To ensure your recipients will love
your holiday gifts and the products are fully functional, we’ve extended our
return/exchange policy through January 8, 2010.
Any item purchased between November 27th, 2009 through December 25th, 2009 is eligible for our extended return and
exchange policy.

Terms and Condition:
- The customer is responsible for any return postage.
- Please insure your return shipment to protect against damage or
loss.
- Ace Karaoke is not responsible for damaged returns or items lost in
transit.
- No refunds will be issued. Store credit only.

If you have utilized the free shipping offer, that shipping/handling fee
will be assessed.
- For upgrade/exchange: You will receive full credit less shipping and handling fee.
- You must return all the original packaging and contents for a full refund. A minimum restocking fee of 30% will be assessed for any missing item.
- Open software is not refundable. You may only exchange for the same title if your disc is defective.
- Please contact our Return Department at (626) 820-0670 for an RMA# or for faster service, fill out our Online RMA Request Form
- Any return without an RMA# will not be processed, accepted or refunded.
- Place the return authorization number clearly on the return label of the shipping carton. Include a copy of your original invoice.

Do not ship in the product's box. Package must be shipped in a brown shipping box with sufficient packing
materials, the same way you received your package.
- You must request your RMA# by January 8, 2010. We must receive your package no later than January 18, 2010.
- Due to busy holiday returns, please allow a minimum of 2 weeks for a return to be processed.
Note: We will not accept any return without an RMA number.
