Karaoke keeps me
sane! |

"I'm in the military and currently
deployed. I am a karaoke junkie and over the past year I've collected a
lot of music and hosted several parties. It's something that I've been
lucky enough to share with my kids and many of my friends. When I
learned that I was deploying again, the first thing I thought of was,
"Will I get to sing while I'm over there??" Not wanting to chance it, I
decided to bring all of my karaoke stuff with me!
Before I left, I shipped my karaoke mixer and microphones ahead of me. I
brought my laptop and music with me. Within three days of arriving I
arranged a "karaoke party" with friends in an old air traffic control
tower that I would be working in while deployed. The night was a
success!
I'm very lucky and now I'll be hosting karaoke every Thursday night
until the end of my deployment!
People love it. It's a great way to relax and it's a much needed
distraction from the very serious things we do, day in and day out. I'll
never stop singing!

changed the lives of many people by making teens set aside their
differences and coming together for a great show! |

Gary and
Buttons Baker traded their band equipment for karaoke machines and
have never looked back. They say that they got "too old to carry all
the equipment from gig to gig" and "karaoke is a dream " since they
never have to carry heavy band equipment around again. |

| Contest Rules
Due to the overwhelming success of our past
contests, we have changed some rules and are giving away more prizes. Please read
them carefully to enter in next month's contest.
Entering is easy.
Just submit a photo of anyone
engaging in a fun karaoke related activity along with your name, address, and
phone number.
The photo must include at least one karaoke element (a microphone, a monitor
with lyrics, a player, a group singing etc.).
We are looking for photos which exhibit your interest in and excitement about
karaoke, your creativity, and your humor.
Please write a short description or caption of what is happening in the photo.
Photos must be submitted in JPEG format and are limited to sizes no bigger than 1280 x 1024 pixels.
First Prize Winner will receive:

Contest Rules and Regulations:

We are looking for photos which exhibit your interest
in and excitement about karaoke, creativity, and humor.

Entry period: The "Ace Karaoke Corporation Fun Karaoke
Photo" Contest is a monthly event. The ending date of the current contest
is October 31, 2007. Winners will be announced in the November 2007 Ace
Karaoke Newsletter. All subsequent entries will be included in the
following contest.

Please be sure to include
your contact info and brief description of the event and favorite karaoke
song.

Contest is open to adults over the age of 18 in Canada
and USA. Sorry, no international entries will be considered.

Entries must be sent via email -
no more than three (3) images can be
submitted for each contest. Please make sure each image is at least 640 x
480 pixels and no bigger than 1280 x 1024 pixels.

By submitting photos to
the contest, you verify that you are the copyright holder
for each photo submitted and have the legal authority to assign reprint
rights to Ace Karaoke for the purpose of this contest and future Ace Karaoke
promotional usage. Legal guardians shall consent to images of minors
submitted for the contest.

Winners will be announced in Ace
Karaoke's November monthly newsletter and on the website.

Judging is done by Ace Karaoke. Winners will be
notified within 10 day of contest ending date and announced in the
newsletter. All decisions are final.

By entering, you agree to allow Ace Karaoke to display
your submitted photos on the web site (http://www.acekaraoke.com) for the
purpose of displaying the results of this contest and promoting this or
future photo contests.

Winners will receive their prizes 2-6 weeks after
notification.

each entrant agrees that Ace Karaoke shall own the photos submitted (including
all rights embodied therein) and that it and its designees may use all elements
