Firmware Upgrade

Please upgrade your firmware to the latest version below to support all language chips available.

Please read all the directions carefully. This is a 2-Step upgrade process.

Update #1

1. Download Firmware Update #1
2. Extract/Unzip the contents into the root folder of your USB memory device. Do not place in any sub folders.
3. Insert the memory stick into the main device.
4. Turn on the ET-23KH.
5. Turn off the main device after the upgrade is complete.
6. Remove the USB memory device and turn on the main device.
7. After ensuring the main device is working, power the unit down.

Update #2

1. Download the firmware update corresponding to your microphone language/edition.
   • Update #2 - English Download
   • Update #2 - Spanish Download
   • Update #2 - Tagalog Download
2. Re-Insert your USB memory device into your PC and delete files from Update #1.
3. Extract/Unzip the contents of the Update #2 to the root folder of your USB memory device. Do no place in any sub folders.
4. Insert the memory stick into the main device.
5. Turn on the ET-23KH.
6. Turn off the main device after the upgrade is complete.
7. Remove the USB memory device and turn on the main device.
8. Your newly updated machine is ready for use.
