It Works

This cable works as intended and the right angle bend goes in the same direction on both ends. I have found one other inexpensive MIDI cable with right angle connectors, made buy Hosa. On the Hosa cables, the right angle bend goes away from the pins on one end and towards the pins on the other.

This cable works great for connecting equipment with MIDI ports that are oriented the same. The Hosa cable works great for connecting equipment with MIDI ports that are oriented differently.
Inexpensive Shortest length is 5 feet. (I would prefer a 3-foot length.)
