Wrong unit shipped

I ordered a Vocopro DA 1000PRO I was told it had a key changer / transposer when I received it I noticed that it did not. Sending it back for a refund was not a problem, except I was told that I had to pay the shipping and I did. After thinking about it I thought why I should have to pay when I received the wrong unit, so I called and talked to some one else and the agreed I should not have to pay the shipping and will send me a refund. I'm glad I called back. I feel better now knowing I'm doing buisness with a reputable company.
